GHD Plank hold supine
- 8 Minutes: :20 of work, :10 of rest
- Alternate each round between position you are facing
- If still working up to capacity here:
(a) :10 work / :20 rest for 8 minutes
(b) 4 minutes of work
(c) perform on the floor with plank holds and hollow holds
