Program Description

Whether you’re brand new or a long-time athlete, you’ll get fitter, faster, and leaner using CrossFit — and we’ll guide you every step of the way. From dawn patrol at 5:15 a.m. to the night shift at 6:30 p.m. we have CrossFit classes in Watertown to fit any lifestyle. Check out our schedule below! Led by our outstanding team of coaches, we can accommodate any fitness level through workout modifications and individual coaching while in the group class.  Our classes range from ten to over twenty-five members and each one is led by a certified CrossFit trainer or coach. Our classes are effective, safe and a ton of fun!


To get started, join us for a FREE Saturday group intro class with one of our owners. We’ll show you all that you need to know to get you started on your CrossFit journey and introduce you to this dynamic community.
