Barbell Betty's is back! 

For 6 weeks starting July 11th, Coach Cassi will lead a group of lucky women on a journey through the world of weightlifting. They'll squat and lunge. They'll deadlift and pull up.  They'll press. They'll sweat. They'll use chalk.  They'll do all the fun, gritty stuff usually left to the untidy domain of the men - and they'll rock it. And this time around you'll also be able to pair Betty's and our Nutrition Mentor Program together! 

This small group program meets 2x/week (for 6 weeks), Mondays and Wednesdays from 8-9 PM. On both days Betty's will lift, and on one day they'll also tackle some fun conditioning. This program CAN be mixed in with regular CrossFit WODs. 

Our usual nutrition programs are 1-on-1 for 4 weeks. For this Betty's nutrition special we'll be giving away 2 weeks of nutrition FREE with the Nutrition Coaching program add on. The 4 week program is valued at 169 and you'll get 6 weeks for the same price. We'll provide accountability, your own plan and a system to get great results.  Click here for more Nutrition Program Info.

You don't have to do nutrition to do Betty's but when you do, you'll be so pumped about the results.
