Step Ups
3 x 10/leg Double KB Front Rack Single Leg Box Step Up
- Do all 8 on one leg before switching sides.
- Knee @ Parallel or slightly below when ontop of box.
Same weight as last week

1 - 5 Reps
If able to do 5 Reps head to floor, try 2 to a deficit
