5 Jumping Lunges per leg
*Jumping Lunges - jump explosively and with effort - then land however you want. Rest for a second, reset. Then do the next rep. Each rep should be intentional and big effort!
1 minute of curtsey squats - alternating legs
After your last jumping lunge, go right into curtsey squats.
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
