For load:
EMOTM - 15 Minutes
1 Power clean
- Build to a heavy single and then increase load every 5 minutes
- We should be building to approximately 80% of our 1 RM if we know it
- If we don't, build up to something heavy that you can sustain for 5 sets and only add about 5-10lbs every 5 minutes
