For quality:
Accumulate 100 perfect push ups

- This means that our torso stays perfectly still and we touch the ground with our chest and thighs each rep and fully straighten our elbows
- To go for 100, we should have the capacity to perform consecutive sets of 20 perfect push ups off our toes
- If we are still working towards this capacity, cut the reps to 50 if we can hold consecutive sets of 10 and cut the reps to 25 if we can hold consecutive sets of 5
- If we are still working towards push ups from our toes, perform either: wide-stance push ups, kipping push ups, or push ups off an elevated plane depending on current capacity and scale reps using the same guidelines above
