For Load:
7 sets of the following complex:
3 Position Snatch:
1 Hang snatch
1 Snatch below the knee
1 Full snatch
- Hands stay on the bar for all 3 reps
The focus here is on moving well, so don't get wrapped around the axle on the total load lifted. You can receive in either a full snatch or power snatch - whichever you need to work on more. Start from the top and then work down.
