Reverse tabata L - sit:
:10 hold / :20 rest, 8 rounds, 4 minutes total

These are meant to be performed off parallettes, but we can perform them off boxes as well or rings for our advanced athletes. Pick an option that is challenging, yet attainable for today!
- Hollow hold on floor (bend knees and bring hands down at sides to modify)
- Knee raise hold (or whichever progression piece last attained)
- Modified L-sit hold, one leg out at a time, one leg bent (or whichever progression piece last attained)
