For time:
Accumulate 100 GHD Hip extensions:
- If we haven't accumulated 100 in the past week, but have done so prior to that, perform 75
- If we are working up to the capacity to perform 100, perform 50
- If we are still working up towards capacity to perform 10 in a row to full range, go partial range for 50
- If we are working towards capacity to perform them on the GHD, perform 100 PVC good mornings
