4 sets of 6 Elevated Heel Goblet or Front Squat @ 4040
4 down, no rest, 4 up, no rest
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets and complete a 1 minute Front Plank during the rest
*Do the squat with heels on a 5 or 10# plate. This targets the quads more.
