For quality:
Accumulate 100 GHD hip and back extensions
- If we are working towards capacity at performing 25 consecutive reps on the GHD, but can perform 10-15, cut the reps to 50
- If we are still working towards capacity on the GHD, accumulate 100 Goodmornings with an empty barbell and following the same capacity scaling guidelines above
