For quality:
Accumulate 100 wall ball shots
- Complete in as many sets needed and rest as needed
- Use this as a time to either go heavier than you normally do in wall ball workouts, or aim for a higher target
- Focus on moving well versus trying to go fast
- If we are still new to the movement, accumulate 50 reps
- Limit your total time working to 10 minutes
