10 Minutes for quality: Practice your handstand walks
If it's within your capacity, try to advance to a more challenging progression than you used last time!

- Plank shoulder taps
- Wall Walk
- Partial wall shoulder taps
- Feet on box, hips high, walk around box on hands
- Walk between line of boxes - feet on the the boxes, hands moving

- Kick up off wall, walk in a few feet

- Attempts with partner support of PVC Pipe
Partner holding PVC must keep elbows STRAIGHT
