For quality:
50 GHD Sit ups
50 GHD Hip Extensions
25 GHD Sit ups
25 GHD Hip Extensions
15 GHD Sit ups
15 GHD Hip extensions
- If we haven't accumulated over 75 GHD sit ups or hip extensions in the past week, scale the reps to 30/15/5
- If we are still working towards capacity on the GHD for either one, or both movements, perform Ab-mat sit ups for the sit ups, and barbell good mornings for the hip extensions
