For quality:
3 consecutive unbroken rounds:
10 GHD Sit ups
20 Hip extensions
- The goal is to move back and forth between each movement
- If we are still working towards capacity to perform all the 3 rounds in a row, rest 1 minute after each
- If we are still working towards GHD sit ups, scale to parallel, or ab-mat sit ups
- If we are still working towards capacity on the hip extensions, scale the reps to 10/round, or perform supermans on the floor
