Follow the steps for the below progression!
L sit progression: - these are meant to be performed off parallettes, but we can perform them off boxes as well or rings for our advanced athletes. Pick an option that is challenging, yet attainable for today!

(1) Floor L-sit (raise both legs up one at a time)

(3) Modified L-sit hold, one leg out at a time, one leg bent (or whichever progression piece last attained)
