Accumulate 100 GHD hip extensions
- In order to go after the 100, we should have the capacity to perform at least 20 in a row unbroken
- If we can go for about 10 reps, then need to rest, perform 50 total
- If we are working towards the full range of motion, go to partial range and go off the above rep guidelines
- If we are working towards the GHD, perform barbell good mornings
