For Quality:
75 GHD Sit ups
- Take as much time as needed and break up as needed.
- However, you need the capacity to be able to perform 30 in a row unbroken and you need to have accumulated at least 50 full ROM GHD sit ups in the past week to tackle this
- If we have not met the above criteria, modify to 40 GHD sit ups (same goes for GHD sit ups to parallel)
- If we are working on our GHD sit ups to parallel and have the capacity to perform 30 in a row unbroken, accumulate 25 GHD sit ups to full ROM today
- If we are working towards our GHD sit ups to parallel, accumulate 75 ab-mat sit ups (same criteria for accumulated reps apply)
