For quality
3 rounds for completion:
100 meter double overhead kettlebell walking lunge

The arms should be straight and close to the ears for all steps completed in reaching the 100 meter mark. You can rest at any point during the 100 meters and this is just simply to get time under tension. Going lighter and focusing on keeping your belly tight, arms straight, and close to the ears is what we want. Bent elbows are unacceptable and will not give you positive results in the long run. If the lightest kettlebells are still too heavy, grab lightweight dumbbells. Treat this is as skill work, not a workout!
