For quality:
100 GHD Sit ups
- We should only be going for this if we have completed 100 in the past week
- If we have not, but have full range of motion GHD sit ups, decrease to 75 reps or to 50 reps
- Otherwise, depending on our current modifications: Partial range of motion, strict sit ups
- Follow the same rep guidelines as above also
