Is it Hard to Get Started?
Not at All! Click below to sign up for our FREE groups intro class with one of our owners.
We will provide a tour of the facility and explain how our classes and schedules work. We will also discuss your fitness goals, including nutrition, injuries, and history.
Our intro classes are on Saturday mornings at 10:30 and last about 60 minutes. This includes about 30 minutes of actual CrossFit movements - modified to your level.
From there, we will review our membership options, and when you are ready, we’ll get you into a class!

Excellent gym for anyone [un]knowingly making excuses to not go to the gym. It can be difficult getting to the gym, but City Line's flexible schedule, tough workouts, and supportive members and staff make it all worth it. Coaches are very knowledgeable in all aspects of weightlifting, CrossFit movements, and nutrition. The coaches maintain a very clean, organized, safe, well-equipped, and fun facility and environment.
