Youth Performance & Fitness
A place for Elementary, Middle and High School students to jump, sprint, throw and lift in a safe and encouraging environment. All participants will learn:
Proper mechanics for all foundational movements,
How to train safely for all athletic endeavours,
How to safely control and move their bodies through space,
The basics of proper nutrition/hydration for young adults,
The importance of being active & what it means to live a healthy lifestyle.
Memberships:
24 Class Attendance Pack - $600 or
12 Class Attendance Pack - $300 ($25/class)
Winter Session:
Middle and High School YP&F will run from 345-445PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays from Nov. 29 2022 - Feb. 23 2023.
